2. Use of the Website And Email Subscription Service

2.1. The Email Subscription Service

On our webpages our visitors can learn more about the company, download content, and provide their contact information and other demographic information. This information, which is stored and managed on our service providers' servers, is then used so that the visitors can be contacted about their interest in the company's goods or services and interact with the company. Simple said, we use it for our marketing and lead generation. Our website service providers' servers are located in the USA.

We do not collect Sensitive Information from you. We will delete this information from the servers at an earlier date if you so request, as described in "Opting Out and Unsubscribing" below. If a customer terminates its use of the Email Subscription Service, then we will provide customer with access to all information stored for the customer by the Email Subscription Service, including any Personal Information provided by you, for export by the customer according to our agreement with our customer. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information, from the Email Subscription Service.

To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer and access Personal Information from around the world, including the United States. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if we transfer Personal Information to other countries.

4.13. Corporate Events

If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by tatkraft Events & Management on the Websites and the Email Subscription Service.

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. to analyze the use of our websites. Google Analytics uses cookies that permit your use of this website to be analyzed. As a rule, the information on your use of this website that is created by the cookie is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will first truncate any IP address within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted from your browser to Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data. We partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites.
